King's Daughters Medical Center (KDMC) puts the region's most advanced heart and vascular care under one roof-a major advantage for patients and families. Registration, pre-admission testing, diagnostic and interventional procedures and recovery all take place in one convenient location.

The five-floor, 200,000 square-foot Heart and Vascular Center features:

- Vascular Labs, where vascular conditions are diagnosed and treated (three labs, which can be expanded to four)

- Cardiac Catheterization Labs, where angioplasty and stenting is performed, as well as heart rhythm tests and treatments (six labs, which can be expanded to eight)

- Heart and Vascular Recovery Unit, where patients prepare for and recover following cardiac catheterization and other interventional procedures

- Cardiology Clinic, which provides outpatient monitoring of antithrombosis and heart failure patients- Chest Pain Unit, which focuses on treating patients experiencing chest pain (20 beds)

- Non-invasive Testing/Cardiac Imaging, which combines stress testing, nuclear scans, electrocardiograms (EKG) and echocardiograms (Echo)
